Do you Travel?
Yes. Rappahannock Reflections is available for sessions throughout Virginia and surrounding states. Travel within 25 miles is included. A travel fee may apply beyond that, depending on distance, traffic, and the type of session or event.
How long have you been doing this?
I've been doing photography for almost 10 years in some form. My love for the art started when I was young, and has grown into what Rappahannock Reflections is today.
How many photos do we get?
The final number depends on the session type, length, and event details. Every gallery is carefully selected and edited so you receive the strongest images from your session.
How do we get our photos?
Your finished photos will be delivered through a private online gallery link. You’ll receive a password so you can view, review, download, and share your images at your own pace.
How far out do you book?
I book sessions up to 1 year in advance. If you’re looking to reserve a date further out, reach out and we can talk through availability. Sessions booked more than 1 year ahead may require a deposit to hold the date.
Whats your turn around time?
Most galleries are delivered within 1-2 weeks, and often sooner. Turnaround time may vary depending on the session type, gallery size, and any client editing requests.
How do we book you?
You can schedule a consultation through the calendar link on my contact page. From there, we’ll talk through what you’re looking for, choose a date and location, and go over any details needed for your session.
Do you require a deposit?
For normal portrait, engagement, and smaller sessions, no deposit is required. Larger events may require a deposit to reserve the date.
Do you retouch photos?
Yes. Light retouching is included. My goal is to keep edits natural, polished, and true to you.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll talk through the best option for your session. That may mean shifting the time, moving to a covered or indoor location, or rescheduling when needed.
What should we wear?
Wear something that feels like you and makes you comfortable. Soft colors, simple patterns, and outfits that fit the location usually photograph beautifully.
Do you offer prints?
Yes. Prints are available for purchase directly through your online gallery link after your photos are delivered.
